How it works

2. 2. Get a reference code. We give you a short code you can keep.
3. 3. The campaign listens. Staff review what residents are saying and use it to shape priorities.
4. 4. You stay in control. Use your reference code any time to ask us to delete your submission.

Your privacy

• No account required.
• We collect only what you provide — your description, optional location, optional contact info, and any audio or photos you choose to add.
• Audio recordings are automatically purged after 30 days unless staff has a specific documented reason to keep them longer.
• You can ask us to delete your submission at any time using the reference code we give you on the confirmation screen.
